Autumn Leaves Garden Party
Thank you to everyone who made the Autumn Leaves Garden Party such a success a fortnight ago.
Blessed with a wonderful afternoon, we were entertained by York Waits with Tim Bayley , and with readings from Ronald Clayton, and by the wonderful Vale of Pickering Scout Ukelele Band.
Local generosity gave us excellent raffle, tombola and cakes and preserve stalls, along with a very nice tea provided by Bill Forder.
All of this hard work allowed us to raise about £1600 including gift aid, which is to be divided between Sand Hutton Church Fabric Fund and North Yorkshire Scout Funds.
